Joel Alm is a co-founder of J&J Calibration Service Inc, with over 15 years of metrology experience. He is the Lab Manger and Technical Advisor for the Company. He has a wealth of experience in all aspects of calibration and specializes in repairs of tools.

Dave Miller - Office Manger
Dave retired from the Air Force and joined J&J Calibration Service Inc to ensure the efficiency of business operations. He is responsible for human resources, company image, and implements current business policies. He oversees customer service and satisfaction reporting directly to company executives.
