Our contact information and our typical processes for sending gages in for service and onsite scheduling has changed to help us be more efficient internally and easier for customers to contact us. We moved away from individual email toward group emails, as responsibilities/ tasks change for individuals. Below are the group emails for contacting J&J Calibration Service Inc. Please change your email contacts to these group emails.
Our typical processes:
Onsite Calibration Request: Email Scheduling Group with gage list, Scheduling group reviews the request and work with customer to schedule a date. We schedule onsite calibrations about 6 weeks in advance. We encourage customers to notify and send list to scheduling 2 months in advance.
Shipping Items to J&J: Email Notification scheduling group of shipment (Optional). Service Estimate is sent to Customer from Accounting Group. Customer responds to Accounting group with approval. After approval notice from customer, items are serviced in the order based on approval date.
Expedite Service at J&J: Prior to Sending Items, contact the Scheduling Department to check availability of expedite service and schedule. Typical expedite service is 2 days ship on the 3rd day. All expedite services must be approved and go through the scheduling group. Technicians are not allowed to promise lead-times.
